1 General Provisions

crikx is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the crikx website and all related services.

In these Terms, "you" or "user" refers to any visitor or member, registered or unregistered, on the crikx platform. "We", "our", or "crikx" refers to the operating entity of this platform.

crikx reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time at its discretion. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on crikx, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online betting is legally prohibited.
• You are of full mental capacity and are using this service of your own free will.
• You have not previously had an account banned by crikx, and do not currently have one.

2.2 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering an account. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus abuse.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

crikx may request relevant documents from you for identity verification at any time. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed. If requested documents are not provided in a timely manner, account activity may be temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. crikx will never ask for your password by phone or email.

• Do not share your login details with anyone else.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.

crikx is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, unless direct negligence on the part of crikx is proven.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available on crikx:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks

4.2 Limits & Timeframes

crikx will only send withdrawals to the account or number used at the time of deposit. Requests to transfer funds to a third-party account will not be accepted.

Withdrawals may be temporarily held if identity verification has not been completed or if an investigation is ongoing on the account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

crikx offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used in your own account — they cannot be transferred to another account.
• If crikx finds evidence of bonus abuse on any account, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
• If multiple bonuses are running at the same time, a new bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will expire.

6 Betting Rules

The crikx platform offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi, as well as casino games. The following rules apply to all betting activity:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless crikx decides to void it due to a technical error.
• Displayed odds are subject to change. If odds change after a bet is confirmed, the bet will be settled at the original confirmed odds.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the stake will be refunded.
• crikx reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or prices.
• If a bet is suspected to be connected to match-fixing or manipulation, crikx may withhold the relevant result.

crikx is committed to ensuring fair play at all times. If any betting activity appears suspicious, crikx reserves the right to investigate and take action if necessary.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crikx platform. Engaging in them may result in permanent account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or managing an account with the assistance of a third party.
• Abusing the bonus system (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, etc.).
• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial flows.
• Defrauding or harassing other users or crikx staff.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
• Helping minors open an account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the crikx website — logos, graphics, text, software, game content, and other elements — is the intellectual property of crikx or its associated licensors.

• No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission from crikx.
• Limited permission is granted for personal, non-commercial use.
• Unauthorized use of crikx trademarks or logos is prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

crikx is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, crikx is not liable in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• Loss or data breaches caused by third-party actions.
• Loss resulting from your own negligence or sharing account details with an unauthorized person.
• Bets or opportunities lost due to unforeseen technical disruptions.
• Service interruption due to government regulation or changes in law.

Gambling carries risk. You are using this service voluntarily and at your own responsibility. crikx encourages responsible gambling and is committed to providing support.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the crikx support team. Any valid pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by crikx

crikx may suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Evidence of fraud or deception.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• As directed by a court or relevant authority.

crikx is not obligated to refund funds in an account closed due to a breach of these terms.

11 Changes to Terms

crikx reserves the right to change these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you as far in advance as possible.

Using the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.

If you object to any change in the terms, you may request to close your account.
